Our Services
We ask that before making an appointment, owners of large dogs (25kgs or heavier) first phone to make an appointment.
If an owner is late in picking up or dropping off their dog, we charge a fee of $20 per hour.
We reserve the right to refuse to groom a dog for health and safety reasons.
Please ensure your dog is toileted prior to drop off.
Cancellations less than 24 hours beforehand, or ’no shows’, will incur a fee of 50% of the grooming cost.

Our Prices
We charge according to your pet’s size as well as coat type and style of clip. Prices may vary each visit depending on the condition off your pet’s coat and the clip style.
This is at the groomer’s discretion. Tangles, matting and pelted coats take time and expertise to move.

Please Note: De-matting charges are additional to the cost of grooming at the rate of $100 per hour.
About Us
Our Head Groomer is Miguel Valera who is from Venezuela and has been in the dog grooming world since 2002. Miguel is an internationally recognised groomer and trainer and has obtained many recognitions and awards during his career. Interviews and articles about Miguel have been published in one of the most recognised pet grooming magazines in the United States. In 2022, Miguel opened a pet grooming academy in Argentina and in 2024 he came to New Zealand to contribute all his vast experience and apply it to your beloved dog.
